Photographing a landscape is an exercise in harnessing the weather. Weather dictates everything about a landscape. It molds the trees and rocks, it determines what flora and fauna will thrive, and allows or denies access. Bad weather can make for excellent images, and good weather can make for enjoyable travels. Here are a few landscapes where the weather has allowed me to photograph.
